Cabbage Papaya Banana Smoothie

Eating cabbage can help prevent colon cancer. Coleslaw has a lot of cabbage in it. But it is not my favorite because of fatty ingredients like mayonnaise. So usually I would stir fry it with garlic and dry shrimp. But it takes time to chop ,cook , and clean afterward.

Today I didn't have much time so I experiment with Vitamix to prepare it. Wow! I can't believe it tastes so good! And since I ate it raw this way, I got more nutrients than stir fry. This is called one stone, two birds. I not only saved time but also got more nutrients.

In the future, I will be drinking cabbage more than eating it. :-)
