Toast Yam Bread
- 1 3/4 C organic wheat berries ground to whole wheat flour by Vitamix in 1 minute
- 4 C non-bleach all purpose flour
- 1 yam cooked in microwave oven high for 7 minutes
- 2 C water added to Vitamix with cooked yam and puree for 30 seconds
- 1 t yeast
- 3 T sugars
- 1 t salt
- 1 stalk of rosemary from Chen's Organic Garden
Stir Fry Collard Greens
- 1 T olive oil
- Collard greens from Wiley's organic farm
- 1 onion minced
- 2 clove garlic minced
- Turkey breast cut into small pieces (optional)
- Hot pepper (optional)
- Salt to taste
