I know eating greens is good. But sometimes they are hard to chew and not tasty, so I need to add other stuffs to make them taste better. But the other stuffs are not always healthy - you know what I mean.
I picked up some sweet potato vines from my yard. I know I can probably chew the leaves but definitely not the vines. So I use some pineapple chunks.
Put them in Vitamix and add some ice cubes.
And after 30 seconds.
Now I can drink it and get all the nutrients. And the best part is - there is no bitter flavor from the green!
