Ingredients
- 3 1/2 C organic wheat berries
- 1 1/2 C water
- 1 medium sweet potato
- 6 T raw sugar
- 1 t sea salt
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 T black sesame seed
- 1 t cinnamon powder
Directions
- Divide wheat berries into 2 batches and use Vitamix dry container to grind them into whole wheat flour. It took about 1 1/2 minutes each.
- Microwave sweet potato for 7 minutes. Keep skin. Cut it into a few pieces. Put them in Vitamix wet container, add water, and puree.
- Combine all ingredients and knead them into a dough.
- Roll the dough flat and cut it into small strips.
- Bake or deep fry in peanut oil at 350F until golden brown.
