Green Mango Smoothie

A storm swept through this area last night. As a result, many mangos from my trees were on the ground this morning. They are too green to get ripen. Instead of throwing them away, I make healthy smoothie out of them using my Vita-Mix High-End Blender.

Ingredients

  • Green Mango
  • Banana (I use whole banana with peel)
  • Slice of Lime or Lemon
  • Soy Milk
  • Ice Cubes
  • Honey (Optional)

Wash the mango. Cut in half and remove the seed.















Cut the mango into smaller pieces.















Put all ingredients in Vitamix on high for 30 seconds.
