Can green smoothie be an "ingredient" for bread? The answer is YES!
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 C Wheat Berries ground to whole wheat flour by Vitamix
- 2 C Non-bleach All Purpose Flour
- 2 C Green Smoothie
- 1 t Yeast
- 1 t Salt
- 1 t Honey
Mix all ingredients. Knead dough until smooth and springy, but still slightly sticky. Shape it and let rise in warm place about 2 hours or until dough has doubled in size. Dough is ready if indentation remains when touched.
Bake at 350F for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
