We know the best way to get the most nutrients out of it is to eat it raw. But that sounds like a punishment to most people. My solution for more enjoyable healthy eating is to drink it! :-)
First, put everything in Vitamix machine.
Second, add soy milk and ice cubes and cover with lid.
Then, start Vitamix machine and quickly turn to high for 30 seconds.

Tip #1: if you are making green smoothie for the first time, use 30/70 veggie/fruit ratio. Later, if you like to eat more veggies, slowly increase the ratio to 50/50 or higher.
Tip #2: Use very ripen bananas to mask any bitter flavor any veggies might have.
